◆ Hello, I'm Aishwarya.

SENIOR UX/UI & PRODUCT DESIGNER·5+ YEARS·BENGALURU
Nice to meet you.
I'm Aishwarya, a Senior UX/UI & Product Designer in Bangalore with 5+ years across enterprise SaaS, telecom, cloud, healthcare, logistics, and CRM. I'm currently leading end-to-end UX for British Telecom's PNI platform at Tech Mahindra. What I care about most is clarity: taking something complicated and making it feel simple.
I studied architecture before I found design, and that background still shapes how I think about structure and flow. It shows up in how I research, work through messy problems, and keep refining until things click. I like working closely with product folks and engineers, so the designs actually hold up once they ship and not just in Figma. Design systems and a bit of AI are part of how I get there.

How I approach Design.
I don't see design as a checklist. I see it as a way to make better decisions through ambiguity, constraints, and feedback.
-
01
Start with the problem
The brief is rarely the whole problem. I spend time understanding the context before moving to solutions.
Find the real problem before designing the answer.
-
02
Reframe before solving
I challenge the initial framing, test assumptions, and make sure we're solving the right problem for the right people.
Clarity comes before execution.
-
03
Design the system
I think beyond individual screens, to components, states, edge cases, and how the experience scales.
Design for the product, not just the pixel.
-
04
Work with constraints
Technical, business, and time constraints are part of the problem, not something to solve around later.
Constraints shape better solutions.
-
05
Prototype to learn
I use prototypes to test ideas and create alignment, keeping early work lightweight enough to change.
Prototype to learn, not to impress.
-
06
Ship and keep listening
Launch is a checkpoint, not the finish line. Real usage reveals what design reviews can't.
Ship, learn, iterate.
Let's talk.
Open to product design roles, thoughtful freelance case studies, and the occasional lovely collaboration.
